Give and it shall be given unto you, good measure, press down, shaken together, and running over shall men give unto your bosom…

Caring for Seniors with Your Donation

Service Elite Community Outreach Program

One of our main goals and passions is to help seniors stay safe at home and be healthy and live as independently as possible with dignity, especially after being discharged from the hospital.  Too often, seniors who don’t have our Care Management services are back in the hospital within thirty days. Their insurance won’t cover a stay in a nursing home, and too many make just a few dollars above the poverty line that makes them ineligible for state support. In other words, they’re squeezed from above and below, and most are just trying to make do.

At Service Elite, we believe that all seniors deserve better than that, and we’ve discovered that just a little bit of extra help within a budget that’s realistic can make all of the difference. Your donation will help us provide our services at this most critical time for them transitioning back home.

Many seniors return home to an empty house, not just empty of someone to welcome them home after their hospital stay, but empty of nutritious food they require that is vital to their recovery. We’ve partnered with a fresh wholesome food meal delivery service to help financially-challenged seniors and disabled people who are the most squeezed by our economy.

Why Donate

Well, think about it. After a hospital stay, the very small budget that our seniors live off of has been eaten away by co-pays, medications, and sometimes even ambulances or taxis.  Your donation can help a senior transition back home and stay within budget while still getting a full day’s nutritional intake delivered.

How Much Helps

Every little bit helps, but we’ll tell you, you can feed a senior good tasting wholesome high quality fresh ingredients meals for a week with just $21. Add another zero, and you can feed a senior for a month for just $210. Sometimes just that little bit of help can mean the difference between a senior going back into the hospital in just a few days or having a higher quality of life altogether.

You can help make that difference, but you don't have to do it alone. Partner with someone else, friends, co-workers, etc and sponsor a Senior or Disabled Person for Fresh Delievered Meals  or  Care Management Services .
